About this Class

Take your pole practice upside down! This class focuses on building strength, balance, and control to execute handstands on the pole in a variety of styles. Beginners will learn foundational drills and techniques, while intermediate and advanced students can explore more challenging variations and transitions. Expect guidance on body alignment, conditioning, and safe entry and exit strategies, all while having fun and discovering the thrill of inverted movement.


Prerequisites: This is an open level class that offers variations for different levels, still we recommend brnging some first experience on the pole (Level 1)
