About this Class
Continue building strength and confidence while expanding your pole vocabulary. In this class, you’ll train on both static and spinning pole, exploring new tricks and transitions step by step. Each session focuses on clean technique and usually ends with a short combo to connect what you’ve learned.
If you already feel comfortable with your fundamental moves, this class will help you take the next step — combining beginner tricks and discovering new shapes and flows.
Prerequisites: Climb, Pole Seat, Front Knee Hook
What to Expect: Layback (Cross Knee Release), Wrist Seat, Stargazer, Ballerina, Out/Inside Leg Hang, Jasmine, basic invert conditioning and more
