Our entry-level class for those new to pole. You’ll learn how to pivot, spin, and move confidently around the pole while starting to build strength and coordination. Step by step, we focus on proper technique and body awareness to create a strong foundation for safe and joyful progress.

This class is designed for complete beginners or anyone revisiting the basics. You’ll explore essential grips, low flow movements, and beginner techniques on both the static and spinning pole.


Prerequisites: No previous experience with pole or sports needed

What to wear: Short pants recommended, no shoes required

What to expect: Basic grips, low flow techniques, climb, pole seat, front knee hook, figurehead, fan kick, genie and more
