About this Class

This open level class is designed to safely improve your flexibility with a weekly alternating focus on hips & legs or back & shoulders. We combine active and static stretching with strength and conditioning drills, helping both muscles and connective tissues adapt over time. You’ll not only work on mobility but also build the strength required to support and expand your range of motion.

By training both body and nervous system to feel safe in end-range positions, you’ll gradually increase flexibility in a sustainable way. Expect a well-rounded mix of stretching, activation, and strength work that leaves you feeling mobile, powerful, and resilient.
