Intro to Pole Dance - Newbeginner Workshop!

Welcome to a very first approach to the pole. This workshop is designed for everybody who is curious to try out pole dancing at our studio. Our focus is on learning the foundations and proper techniques. You'll learn first tricks and moves step by step and have the opportunity to try them out on the pole calmly. If you always wanted to try, this is your time!

Level: Newcomers, no prerequisites necessary

What to wear: Comfortable sport clothes, ideally bring short pants, no shoes needed
