Please welcome Atalay, our new strength coach!
Atalay is a fitness and personal trainer born in Berlin with extensive experience in working with pole dancers. The focus of his training is on strength building through body weight training, body control, and core strength techniques.
Regardless of your current fitness level, Atalay will ensure to recognize and enhance the level of each individual, setting personal measurable goals, and working towards them.
Atalay will offer a high-intensity interval training for pole strength every Sunday at 11:00!
You can expect an intensive HIIT training for pole dancers to elevate your strength. In this class, we specifically target the strength needed for pole dancing, focusing on upper body and core strength, while also enhancing endurance for pole routines. The class consists of a varied circuit with strength training on the pole and bodyweight exercises off the pole. Every level is welcome, as everybody works towards their own goals!
