New ashtanga yoga classes with Ana starting this week!
Ashtanga Yoga is a deeply healing and energizing practice that works with different layers of the body through pre-established sequences of Asanas and Vinyasas. The practice develops health, strength, and flexibility in both body and mind.
Ashtanga Yoga (Led)
Wednesdays 10.00 - 10.50
This class is especially designed for people with little or no experience in Ashtanga Yoga, or those who are trying to get back to a strong regular practice. Ana will guide you into the first part of the sequence and offer special attention to the development of alignment and strength in the postures.
Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore)
Fridays 8.00 - 9.30
This class follows the traditional method of teaching Ashtanga Yoga. Each student follows their own rhythm and receives individual guidance and assists in their practice.
Both experienced practitioners and newcomers are welcome and will receive the teachings according to their needs and circumstances.
